Frans Indongo Lodge

The Frans Indongo Lodge is situated just a stone's throw from Otjiwarongo town in the north eastern area of Namibia. We are perfectly situated between Etosha and Windhoek, making the Frans Indongo Lodge the perfect place for a half way stop between the two popular tourist destinations!

We cater to a wide variety of guests from all corners of the world. The vast expanses of the Namibian landscape are a spectacular draw card for the international guests. The Wildlife in this area is diverse and a real treat for anyone!

The Frans Indongo Lodge is named after Dr Frans Indongo, who is a prolific entrepreneur in Namibia and owns the lodge. The Lodge itself is modeled after a traditional Ovambo village.

Cozy thatch cottages form the main accommodation at our lodge. We have eight spacious chalets, two double rooms and two family units. All rooms have private bathrooms, a fridge and air conditioning. All rooms are elegantly furnished and comfortable.

Taking a game drive is a wonderful experience and not to be missed. At the lodge we have several scheduled game drives each day. A number of animals thrive in the surrounds and it is not uncommon to see cheetahs, vultures, lions and elephants.

Many of our guests enjoy relaxing around the estate, choosing to lounge around the pool. Surrounded by all this tranquility, you will undoubtedly have a serene holiday.
