Built on elevated stilts overlooking the dramatic Atlantic Ocean, the immense sand dunes, river bed, and Swakopmund, The Stiltz is an exceptional getaway. Accommodation comprises of 9 extraordinary thatched bungalows / chalets configured as twin, double, honeymoon, and a family unit which is accessed via winding wooden walkways. A private luxurious villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. A gorgeous modern en-suite bathroom with a splendid shower is creatively decorated in rose-wood, glass, stainless steel and stunning ceramic tiles.

All of the chalets of The Stiltz are beautifully decorated in an individual style, quirky yet artistic. Most of the wood used for the furniture has been collected from the riverbed. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves while reposing in the quality beds dressed in pure white linens further complimented by colourful window dressings. Relax in the open-plan lounge furnished with a lovely wood-crafted couch and enjoy the awesome panoramic vistas from the large window. Chill in the handcrafted chairs on the private balcony and watch the flamingos in the river-bed, the ever-changing contours of the sand dunes and the ocean. A superb inclusive breakfast is served in a separate polygonal structure built from wood and glass.

Partake in thrilling quad-bike and sand-board adventures in the huge dunes, sky dive or take a hot-air balloon trip, visit the Swakopmund Aquarium, or stroll along the palm tree lined promenade.
