You will start and end in the tour in the main city, Windhoek; and this tour includes breathtaking sights like the Fish River Canyon, the world’s second largest canyon; Luderitz, an amazing 4x4 drive in the Namib Desert; Moon Landscape and Swakopmund.

This tour takes you on open vehicle game drives, and gorgeous amber colored sunset drives; all through the Kalahari Desert, travel to Aus and enter the Namib Desert, and enjoy a peninsula scenic drive, visit Sesriem Canyon, and travel through Kuiseb Canyon; all these sights is absolutely breathtaking.

Be sure to have comfortable shelters to overnight in, near Fish River Canyon, in Maltahohe, and so many more luxurious spots to relax at. You will be kept in awe by this wildlife tour; with its spectacular sights, gorgeous amber sunsets, and all the exciting features to enjoy.

Enjoy features like visiting Quiver tree forest, a deserted diamond town and museum, Duwisib Castle, see the ‘Welwitschia Mirabilis’ plants, and feral horses, also visit Walvis Bay lagoon, see Herero graves and visit a handicraft market.

DAY 1 - SATURDAY WINDHOEK - KALAHARI DESERT

Travel into the Kalahari Desert via Rehoboth and enjoy a scenic sunset drive (in open vehicles).

Overnight in Kalahari region.

DAY 2 - SUNDAY KALAHARI DESERT- FISH RIVER CANYON

Visit the Kokerboom (Quiver tree) forest near Keetmanshoop. Continue via Naute Dam to northern fringes of Fish River Canyon. Overnight near Fish River Canyon.

DAY 3 - MONDAY FISH RIVER CANYON - LUDERITZ

Travel to Aus. Possibly see feral horses on entering Namib Desert. Proceed to Luderitz. Afternoon peninsula scenic drive.

Overnight in Luderitz.

DAY 4 - TUESDAY LUDERITZ - MALTAHOHE

Visit Kolmanskop, a deserted diamond town and museum. then visit Duwisib Castle. Continue to Maltahohe region for overnight.

DAY 5 - WEDNESDAY MALTAHOHE - NAMIB NAUKLUFT PARK

Early start to Sossusvlei. 4x4 scenic drive into heart of Namib Desert. Visit Sesriem Canyon, Solitaire en route past Naukluft Mountains. Overnight near Namib Naukluft Park.

DAY 6 - THURSDAY NAMIB NAUKLUFT PARK - SWAKOPMUND

Travel through Kuiseb Canyon towards coast. Packed lunch. See 'Welwitschia Mirabilis' plants said to grow older than a 1000 years. Visit Moon Landscape.

Arrive in Swakopmund late afternoon for overnight.

DAY 7 - FRIDAY SWAKOPMUND - WINDHOEK

Visit Walvis Bay lagoon. Continue inland towards Usakos and Karibib. Visit Henckert's Centre, Herero graves, and handicraft market in Okahandja. Arrive in Windhoek late afternoon.
