This venue is situated approximately ten minutes from Polokwane's CBD, while attractions such as Meropa Casino, Haenertsburg, Magoebaskloof, the Polokwane Game Reserve and Bird Park are a stone's throw away. All major highways and the Gateway International Airport can be reached without having to negotiate the inner city traffic.

Koch's Manor offers safe parking on the premises, we have 3 Double rooms, one Family Room and then the Luxury Honeymoon Suite, Reading room, spacious lounge area, dining room area, private Bar Area, peaceful Gardens, open decked swimming pool area and a veranda to relax under while listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall at the swimming pool. Each of our rooms have a private balcony overlooking beautiful open spaces of our wonderful terrain.

According to South African Law, Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, Bar and indoor Eating Areas. Areas where Smoking is allowed will be clearly marked. Koch's Manor also caters for corporate functions, private weddings and birthday parties with ample parking available in a secured area.
